Splashing start to summer holidays

Children in Llanelli can once again enjoy the warm weather during the summer holidays at splash pads and paddling pools across the town’s parks.

The paddling pools at Crown Park, Parc Howard and People's Park are due to open on Saturday, 20th July. Some works are being carried out at Crown Park and Parc Howard but these are anticipated to be completed this week.

These facilities are run by Llanelli Town Council.

The pools are open (weather permitting) daily from 9am to 6pm seven days a week until the end of the school summer holidays.

The splash pads at Havelock Park and Penyfan Park are already in operation and work on an automatic timer system from 10am to 7pm seven days a week.
